To report an outage during office hours call 219-474-6224. Give your name, account name and address. If you have information as to the cause (tree down, car accident, etc.) please report this as it will help in the restoration time. If an outage occurs after hours call the same number and you will be connected directly to the lineman on call. Give him the same information as above. If your power has not been restored within 2 hours call back to verify your outage. |
